Flo brings the foods and flavors of the American Southwest to Chicago. Our food is fresh and from scratch and shows a fondness for spice.
New Mexico natives, owners Renee and Rodney Carswell know good chile. We get our red from Hatch, N.M., from the same farmer that's been supplying the Carswell family for decades.
Flo is a contemporary casual cafe, offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and a full bar.
